4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied. Contact us at 9100003300 to request a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Mera Samaj and its content are owned by us. Content you post in your community remains yours; you grant us a license to display it within the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mera Samaj is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
