Yes. Job listings are visible to all members of the community regardless of their current location. A member in Pune can apply for a position posted by a business owner in Hyderabad. Remote, hybrid, and on-site roles can all be listed with clear location information.
How does a job applicant contact the employer?
Job seekers tap "Apply" on any listing, which sends an in-app notification to the employer with the applicant's profile. The employer can then open a secure messaging thread to discuss further. Phone numbers are shared only when both parties are ready — no unsolicited calls.
