How long does onboarding take?
Timing depends on the package, data readiness, and any branding or approval steps. We can explain the onboarding checklist and expected timeline during a call.
Do I need to prepare anything before calling?
Nothing is required, but it helps to have your community name, a rough idea of member count, and your primary smartphone handy to download the app during the call. An Excel or CSV member list is useful if you want to import existing members, but not mandatory.
Can I get a demo before deciding?

What if I have a large community (1,000+ members)?
The Community Chapter platform fee is ₹30,000 per year for up to 3,000 families. Family subscriptions are separate unless a community contract covers them. For larger communities, call 9100003300 for a custom quote.
