How long does onboarding take?
Most communities are fully set up and live within 10 minutes of a call. Our team handles branding, feature configuration, and an initial member import during the call itself. You do nothing technical — we do it for you.
Do I need to prepare anything before calling?
Nothing is required, but it helps to have your community name, a rough idea of member count, and your primary smartphone handy to download the app during the call. An Excel or CSV member list is useful if you want to import existing members, but not mandatory.
Can I get a demo before deciding?
