Is the Free plan really free forever? What are the limitations?
Yes, the Free plan is permanently free with no time limit. It supports up to 100 members, includes the community directory, basic announcements, and mobile app access for all members. The free plan does not include matrimony, events RSVP, fundraising campaigns, jobs board, marketplace, or community messaging. It is designed for small, newly formed communities that want to experience the platform before committing to a paid plan. There are no hidden charges and no credit card required.
What is included in the Pro plan and how does billing work?
The Pro plan (₹999/month or ₹9,999/year) includes unlimited members, the matrimony module, events with RSVP, community messaging, marketplace, jobs board, fundraising campaigns, mini games & leaderboards, photo galleries, and priority support. Billing is monthly or annual — annual billing offers a 20% saving compared to paying monthly. The annual fee is charged upfront. GST at 18% is applicable on all plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
What does the Enterprise plan include and how is it priced?
The Enterprise plan is custom-priced based on your organization's specific needs. It includes everything in Pro plus: custom branding and a dedicated subdomain for your community, a dedicated account manager, SLA-backed uptime guarantee (99.9%), API access for integration with your existing systems, bulk onboarding support (our team migrates your existing member data), custom feature development for unique community requirements, and priority phone support with sub-2-hour response time. Can we switch plans later? Is there a contract or lock-in period?
There is no lock-in period on any plan. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime with no penalty — your community continues to have access until the end of the billing month. Annual subscribers can request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. Upgrading to a higher plan is instant and the price difference is pro-rated. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. We believe in earning your trust every month, not locking you in with contracts.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?
There is no setup fee on any plan. Our onboarding team provides a free assisted setup call for all new communities — including importing your existing member list (Excel or CSV), configuring your community branding, and walking you through the key features.
